Company To Present at the Annual Smallcap Discoveries Conference in Vancouver
Toronto, Ontario – September 28, 2026 – Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. (CSE: HPSS) (OTC: HPSIF) (FSE: E092) (“Hybrid” or the “Company”), a Canadian manufacturer of portable and fuel-free power solutions, is pleased to announce that it has received a purchase order for twenty (20) Batt Pack Pro units through its long-time distribution partner, Military Battery Systems Inc. (“Military Battery”). The units are intended for use by the United States Air Force in applications requiring portable, fuel-free power where conventional grid or generator power is unavailable or undesirable.
This purchase order follows prior Hybrid Batt Pack orders supporting U.S. Air Force–related programs that were facilitated through Military Battery and previously disclosed by the Company. Based on ongoing discussions with Military Battery and related defence customers, the Company believes there is potential for additional orders as field use continues. Any follow-on orders remain subject to customer requirements, budgeting, contracting, and delivery capacity. This is the 9th order received through Military Battery since August 2024.

Sweden Battery Value Chain Canadian Technology Accelerator
Hybrid is also participating in the Sweden Battery Value Chain Special Edition Canadian Technology Accelerator (“CTA”), a program of the Government of Canada’s Trade Commissioner Service. The CTA is designed to help Canadian battery and battery supply-chain companies explore opportunities in Sweden, tailored for operations in low temperature deployments through market intelligence, mentorship, networking, and in-market engagement with Sweden’s battery innovation ecosystem. As part of the program, the CTA will arrange meetings for Hybrid with defence contractors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and equipment rental houses to support the Company’s continued expansion into Europe. Participation is intended to support Hybrid’s longer-term international growth objectives alongside its North American defence and industrial channels.

Hybrid will present at the Annual Smallcap Discoveries Conference 2026, hosted by Smallcap Discoveries and taking place September 28 and 29, 2026 at the JW Marriott Parq in Vancouver, British Columbia.
