Two Units Already Delivered and Operational at Major Montreal Airport Construction Project
Toronto, Ontario March 12, 2026 – Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. (CSE: HPSS) (OTC: HPSIF) (FSE: E092) (“Hybrid” or the “Company”), an emerging leader in the delivery of fuel-free clean power solutions, announces an agreement with Location GM, a prominent Quebec-based equipment rental specialist, for the delivery of a total of nine of Hybrid’s Spark units, representing a value of Cdn $521,100.
Under the agreement, Hybrid has already delivered the first two Spark units, which are now successfully installed and being operated by a major North American construction company for a project at the Montreal airport. These initial units provide reliable, emissions-free power in a demanding, high-profile infrastructure construction environment where silent, zero-emission operation is critical to meet site requirements and sustainability objectives. The remaining seven Spark units are scheduled for delivery in Q4 (May) 2026 to support Location GM’s growing inventory of clean power solutions for rental to contractors across the province.

The collaboration enables contractors to access Hybrid’s Spark systems through Location GM’s rental network, allowing them to trial and deploy clean, dependable power for excavation, elevation, material handling, and other on-site needs. This partnership aligns with increasing demand for emissions-free equipment options that support productivity while advancing environmental and regulatory goals.
This order is part of the LMDH Equipment Sales Inc. advance purchase order previously disclosed in October 2025. The agreement with Location GM forms part of a larger strategic initiative to broaden our product offerings by partnering with both domestic and international rental companies. These collaborations focus on delivering reliable power solutions tailored to the needs of contractors and industrial clients.
